This 18 story concrete and steel hi-rise was developed, marketed and constructed by Executive in 1994 at the high traffic corner of Howe St. and Pacific St. in downtown Vancouver. Using the renowned architectural firm Hamilton & Doyle, this tower consists of 140 units including hotel rooms on the first nine floors, one and two bedroom condominiums on the upper 7 floors and penthouse condominiums on the top floor. Condominium purchasers are entitled to use hotel amenities to enhance their living experience.

All condominiums were sold prior to completion of the project.
